MOQ is 1 unit for standard machines and 1 piece for spare parts. For customization projects, a production MOQ applies and is confirmed at quotation.
We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment) and L/C at sight for large orders. Other terms can be discussed for long-term partnerships.
Standard machines: 20–40 days after deposit depending on model. Spare parts from stock: 3–15 days. Custom configurations may take longer.
FOB Qingdao / Shanghai, CIF, CFR and DDP are available. We arrange export documentation, insurance and safe packing for sea, air or rail transport.
All machines carry a 12-month warranty covering parts and workmanship. Hydraulic and electrical components are covered under the same period.
Yes. Remote commissioning guidance is included free; on-site installation and operator training can be arranged by our engineers or local distributors at a reasonable cost.
Yes — spindle options, chuck size, control systems (Fanuc / Siemens / GSK), voltage and colors can be customized. Engineering drawings and specs are confirmed before production.
